I just ran a quick scan on my Dell XP - Norton came back saying it found 96 "Total Security Risks" which were Cookies. Then "96 items require attention"...then under Actions "No actions available for this item." In the same box, I could click on "Exclusions"...which took me to an empty box but on the bottom I could click on "Add" - which then loaded all of the 96 risks in there. You could click on any of the "risks" and then you could click on "Risk Details" which told you how high the risk was. Many of them were high saying "my personal information and computing activity are severely affected and that this risk may be difficult or impossible to remove without assistance." Huh? What assistance? Where do I get assistance, because nowhere in Norton (that I can see, does it let you quarintine anything?) I've never seen an anti-virus program before that just leaves you hanging like this? I don't know what to do now. And this was the quick scan...I'm terrified now to do the full scan.
