Hello,
for some time I thought about physical security aspects and came across the idea about a PS/2 or USB device which allows after it was plugged in some sort of autoexecution.
Windows for example comes with the feature of autostart but thats nothing I am looking for as it can easily be deactivated and is not transparent at all.
What I am looking for is some sort of hardware device which executes some software in a hidden manner which is located on the device itself (or at another similar device). So far I only played around with firewire as this is open for some 'attacks' which can be used with DMA and got some positive results. As firefire is not that much available at my area I would prefer some USB or PS/2 device but when looking at their definitions it seems they are not open for such attack vendors.
Are there any such devices available or have someone some ideas how one could realize this? It wouldn't matter for me if this is only a small helloworld.exe or a full-blown program. I am more interested in it as a proof of concept.
