Hi all, and marry Xmas to those who celebrate....

I am PhD student at Uni of Surrey,Guildford,UK. I want some good and update white papers or article on privacy issue realted to network layer...

I can't help you search for papers (as a Phd student you must be familiar with google Twisted Evil) but I can point you in the direction of a Network Layer privacy system which may have papers written about it. I would recommend looking at Tor http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor_(anonymity_network)

sorry to say but this is my first month in PhD so thats wh puzzled.I did read TOR,TARZAN,MIX chauman's......I need some real stuff which describe privacy issues on network layer.....

This is a very interesting subject and I feel your pain regarding white papers on this. I wrote a large post for someone on here recently regarding this subject but I think it went over their head http://www.security-forums.com/viewtopic.php?t=54436&highlight=
