What do they stand for?
I have seen it under numerous usernames.
I have checked the FAQ.

Basically, a Trusted Source is a member who the admins and mods have decided is a good source of reliable high-quality information. It's a kind of "stamp of approval" so that new members and passing guests know that the member is someone who gives good solid advice. Trusted Source ranks are given if all admins and mods are in agreement. Members don't need to apply, if they are considered suitable it'll just happen without any need to ask. Generally, Trusted Sources have either been active on SFDC for a long time or are well-known from other sites.
