What can I do if I receive a pishing e-mail that is in English, but the hosting provider is not? Any other way to report it? They don't seem to understand English, so sending an e-mail to them is going to be a problem.

Thanks.

The language of bussines is english. Im sure some one at the host will speak english. If not, enough to read an email anyway.

Try typing it in plain english.

STOP SENDING PHISHING EMAILS TO ME!

might work....

babelfish.altavista.net

or use Sherlock on a mac, and translate into the language that they speak...

it may not translate directly, but it should still make enough sense, heh

Hmm is the provider of this email actually the real provider ? most of this stuff is send either using scammed mail accounts or simple throwaway ones, or even spoofed addresses .... by the time you complain the scammer is already gone most likely .....

If the provider is of no help then you can always try here :-

http://www.antiphishing.org/index.html

not sure that it will provide a solution to your troubles but you might find something here... even if its just comfort that your not the only recipient of this stuff ..

Also mabey another track to try is the DNS address of the sender, try a lookup of who provides this netblock and send it to the abuse email address this normally exists for most owners.... unless the phisherman owns the netblock himself, probably not unheard of in the likes of Somalia or Uganda or wherever this stuff comes from

Oh no, I am talking about the actual website that is being used for pishing. The IP of the e-mail I have yet to check.
