Once I lost the bookmark for this and it was pretty difficult trying to search for it through Google.

Definitely a good suggestion that is a superb addition. I visit the
site quite often, as a reference, and find John Savard's algorithm
documentation and graphical representation among the best you
will find, in terms of lucidity and conciseness.

It has been added. Thanks.

And here's another good one for you..

The book is very good if you get a chance to buy it, the CD that he has on offer has a lot of little bits and pieces on it. Good information on how it all started and where we could be going...

How about the program Cryptool?
http://www.cryptool.com/
From the website:
Quote:
CrypTool is a freeware program which enables you to apply and analyse cryptographic mechanisms. CrypTool contains an exhaustive online help, which can be understood without deep knowledge in cryptography, therefore no printed user manual on how to use CrypTool is provided. CrypTool is completely available in English and German. CrypTool has implemented almost all state-of-the-art crypto functions and allows you to learn about and use, modern and classic cryptography within the same environment

I guess no one missed this:A Computational Introduction to Number Theory and Algebra

Quote:
A book introducing basic concepts from computational number theory and algebra, including all the necessary mathematical background.

The book is published by Cambridge University Press, and it should be generally available in May of 2005 (as of 4/21/2005, it can be ordered directly from the Cambridge web site above). However, the book will continue to be freely available online in PDF format under a Creative Commons license
